Shipping Policy

For Cairo & Giza Residents

• Orders are delivered within 3–7 working days.

• You may check your order while the courier is at your door (maximum 5 minutes allowed).

• If you are not satisfied with the product, you can return it immediately to the courier and only pay the delivery fees.

For Other Governorates

• Orders are delivered within 5–10 working days.

• Please note that orders cannot be opened or checked before delivery.

Exchange & Refund Policy

• Exchanges or refunds are accepted within 24 hours of the delivery date.

• Shipping fees are the responsibility of the customer.

• Items must be in their original condition, unworn, and with all tags and packaging intact.

How It Works:

1. Contact us within 24 hours to request an exchange or refund.

2. We will arrange a courier to collect the item.

3. Once the item is received and inspected, if it meets our policy conditions, we will refund the item’s price (shipping fees deducted) via Instapay.

4. Sale or promotion items are also eligible for refund or exchange within 24 hours under the same conditions.

Damaged or Incorrect Orders

• If you receive a damaged item or the wrong product, we take full responsibility.

• In this case, there will be no delivery fees, and you will receive a full refund or exchange, as you prefer.
